As I read through the content of your web site, I thought I was reading my own thoughts…even the language was similar to the one I use in my trainings and lectures to my students. The web site that I have mentioned though is more business oriented.
I am using the Yin-Yang concept in a book on OD that I am authoring and I stumbled across your web site…amazing similarity of views and langauge.
My consulting in HR and OD and other areas has also brought me to the “consciousness” of the hidden potential that we as humans and “living organziations” have and yet fail to tap.
